1. Acceptable Use

Daftary must be used in a responsible and respectful manner. You are permitted to:

• Create a personal guestbook to receive messages and greetings
• Send positive and respectful messages to others
• Create and join groups for occasions and events
• Use premium features within a Daftary Gold subscription
• Share your page link with others

2. Prohibited Behavior

You are prohibited from:

• Sending abusive, hateful, or discriminatory messages
• Publishing pornographic, violent, or illegal content
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Impersonating others or providing misleading information
• Attempting to hack the app or gain unauthorized access to data
• Using the app to send spam
• Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Using the app for unauthorized commercial purposes

3. Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post or send through the app. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions

Daftary Gold subscription grants you access to premium features including:

• 43 paper styles for messages
• 25 unique open effects
• 37 decorative stickers
• 12 premium fonts
• Advanced message formatting

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple account settings.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately through the report option in the app or contact us at support@daftary.app.

6. Consequences

Violating this policy may result in:

• A formal warning
• Temporary account suspension
• Removal of offending content
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to authorities in case of illegal activity

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. You will be notified of material changes. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
