Welcome to Daftary. By using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or accessing the Daftary app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Daftary is a digital guestbook application that allows users to create personal pages to receive messages and greetings from friends and family. The app includes:

• Creating personal and group guestbooks
• Sending and receiving messages with visual effects
• Groups for occasions and events
• Premium features via Daftary Gold subscription

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Daftary offers Gold subscriptions with the following options:

• Monthly: $2.99 per month
• 6 Months: $6.99 (save ~61% vs monthly)
• Yearly: $9.99 per year (save ~72% vs monthly)

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited from being posted or sent:

• Offensive, discriminatory, or hate-inciting content
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Threats, harassment, or bullying
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Malware or phishing links
• Advertisements or spam

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks in the app are owned by Mohammad Ghassan Sulaiman. No part of the app may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes. Your continued use of the app after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
